Q. When and how should I expect my payment?
A. We pay all our affiliates on the 15th of every month for the commission earned between the first and the last day of the previous calendar month. The payment should arrive in your account according to your chosen payment method.
If you choose to be paid by a mailed check, the money is supposed to reach you by the end of the aforementioned month. Please be advised that in some cases a delay might occur, due to reasons that are not under our control.
If you choose to be paid by wire transfer the money is supposed to reach you within four business days from the transfer date.
In the case that C-Planet is missing information that is necessary to process your payment the company reserves the right to subtract a fee from your commissions to cover the cost of any extra work our staff will have to do to locate your correct address or account, and any fees the bank may charge us for the returned transaction.
