A. The C-Planet Affiliate Platform is the online center for all affiliate activities. The Affiliate Platform shows an affiliate's statistics and accounts, provides marketing tools, and lets affiliates connect with program managers and other affiliates. Once you sign up, you will have full access to the Affiliate Platform.

Q. Why is C-Planet's "No negative carryover" policy a good thing?
A. At times, players win more than they spend, which means that neither C-Planet nor the affiliate make a profit for the month in which such "negative earnings" occur. However, an affiliate's negative balance is never carried over to the next month, and so affiliates start every month with a clean slate, nullifying any negative earnings from the previous period.

Q. How does C-Planet's "No bundling" policy help me?
A. No bundling lets an affiliate obtain optimal performance from C-Planet's various brands. This feature ensures that casino earnings are not bundled, so that if one casino brand under-performs, other brands are not affected.

Q. How can I find out how much commission I have earned?
A. As soon as you log in to your Affiliate Platform account, you will see the overall commission you have earned for the current month. You can also keep track of your commissions through the Reports section of the Affiliate Platform.

A. Reports are updated automatically every couple of hours so you can get an almost real-time view of the activity that you generate and your commission.

Q. How do I receive my money?
A. Affiliates can choose from leading services such as Neteller, Moneybookers, EcoCard, eWalletExpress and UseMyWallet, in addition to wire transfers. Note that payments of less than US $200 will be held over, until the total due to you is over US $200.

Q. When do I get paid?
A. C-Planet affiliates are issued payment on the 15th of every month for the commissions earned between the first and the last day of the previous calendar month. If you choose to be paid by wire transfer, the money should reach your account within four business days from the transfer date.
In the case that C-Planet is missing information necessary to process your payment, we reserve the right to subtract a fee from your commissions to cover our extra processing costs and any fees charged to us for rejected transactions.

Q. My account says I have fewer referrals than I think I actually do. Where are my missing referrals?
A. New referrals should appear on your reports within 24 hours of signing up and making the minimum initial deposit. In case you do not see a specific referral in your reports, please send us your referral's username and email address and we will look into the matter.
